To continue with your credit repair process, after getting your credit report, you have to contact the credit reporting agencies. We have to stress that the best and fastest way to contact any or all credit reporting agencies is online. TransUnion is by far the friendliest out of three, and at least from my experience is the easiest to plead, dispute and otherwise to deal with.

TransUnion phone number: 800-916-8800 - the Consumer Relation number, you can actually speak to someone by pressing #2, but the wait sometimes is long.

Equifax phone number: 800-685-1111 - Automated Ordering System to order credit file and purchase credit score. You will also receive priority number so you can talk to a representative. The price for the Equifax credit score is $7.95.

Experian phone number: 888-397-3742 - Automated Ordering System to order credit file and purchase credit score. You can purchase with credit card or check. The price for the Experian credit score is $6 + tax.
