Q: Can I still piggyback my credit scores? I heard that it has become illegal? Two of my friends can add me as an authorised user to their credit cards.

A: While I don't think piggybacking credit scores is illegal, it supposedly doesn't do any good anymore, thanks to those credit repair shops who abused it to the point, mortgage lenders and credit card issuers got fed up. So Fair Isaac was to change FICO credit scoring to basically ignore authorized user accounts. I don't know if this has been implemented. Try to piggyback credit score, the worst that can happen is nothing will happen.
