you have to realize that you must pay them off before that 0 percent period expires. At the very least you must drastically reduce unpaid balance, or manage to get another credit card to transfer the unpaid balance. The pressure can be high when you realize that your 0 percent is about to go to 12, 15 or even 20 percent, and you still have a big chunk to pay off. And if it sounds too obvious, you'd be surprised how many people get themselves in trouble.
