If you buy a luxury estate home in a range of $1.6 to $1.8 million in the upscale city of Escondido in northern San Diego County from Michael Crews, he will gladly throw in a unique $400,000 row home built in Cityscape neighborhood which is also in the heart of Escondido.

Such a great deal, and you can always give away the "free" row house, or at least gut it, selling those GE Stainless Steel appliances and slab-granite counter tops.
