Debt relief question on credit card debt

Q: We need some debt relief and we need it now. Have about $36,000 in credit card debt, besides mortgage, cars and small school loan. We are still current on credit cards but I feel we are about to fall behind. We really do not have anything extra left at the end of the month. Usually short by about $200 - 300 and have to use one card to pay another. What can we do? Both of us are working.
A: Unless you can cut on going out, health club/personal trainer fees, massage, hair and nail appointments, cable/direct TV and all other unnecessary things, get a second job, better that both of you did. What else do you expect me to say? Or declare Chapter 7 if you qualify.
