Statutes of limitation on debt and judgment in California

Q: Quick question, what are the statutes of limitation on debt in California? And while you are at that, what the judgment statute? I have had some debt and hope I am out of trouble.
A: Here are the quick answers. California debt statute of limitation are 2 years on oral contract and 4 years on written contract, promissory note and open-ended account.
