Secured credit cards with no annual fee

Q: I am looking for a secured credit card but all I checked charge an annual fee, anywhere from $25 to $130. Is there one which does not?
A: I am only aware of one secured credit card with no annual fee, the Classic Secured Visa from Public Savings Bank which currently offers 0% APR on purchases for the first 6 months and its regular APR is only 11.24%. You can apply here. That does not mean of course, that there are no others.
