To Whom It May Concern: The following companies DID NOT have my authorization to run my credit recently: 1) Bank of America (5/1/2003) 2) Chase Manhattan (4/29/2003) 3) American Express (5/7/2003) These companies had received my credit report on 1/31/2003, 2/2/2003, and 2/3/2003 respectively. On 3/31/2003, I requested that Trans Union re-send my credit report to these companies as a result of many corrections to my credit history, thus resulting in a higher credit score. I notified these companies that Trans Union was re-sending my credit report and requested both verbally and in writing to NOT run my credit again. Despite my explicit requests, these companies re-ran my credit on the dates listed above. Please remove these recent inquiries from my credit history. Upon completion please send me an updated copy of my credit report including my new credit score. Thank you, Bill Power (123) 555-1212 (W)
