This site is maintained by a licensed mortgage broker who deals with bad credit folks daily. Some loan seekers cannot be helped at all - no bank will take them. The only reason for denial is their bad credit.

Not everyone with bad credit is a negligent, careless person - there are many people who get into life situations that force them into bad credit status. Frankly, had they improved their credit by just few points, they wouldn't have to go through the humiliation of a loan refusal or for the highest interest rates.

Some good folks out there cannot get mortgage or other loans because their FICO score is just few points below the lowest limit. Had they got a timely advice, they could have fixed their bad credit prior to applying.

Worsening your credit score is very easy but improving it is a time consuming and tedious process. This site is for all people out there who are willing to put an effort to clean up their credit report.
